Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business.
• Research target companies and engage business owners, directors and hiring decision-makers.
• Identify recruitment needs, pitch our services and convert conversations into new opportunities.
• Secure a minimum of two new vacancies per day through proactive sales activity.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and work closely with recruiters to convert vacancies into placements.

Requirements 

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, telesales, recruitment, advertising, telecoms or a similar target-driven environment.
• Confident cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Organised, resilient and proactive, with experience managing a pipeline and CRM.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by earning uncapped commission.
