Our Commitment
Right to Work in the United Kingdom
As a UK-based supply chain and recruitment business, all individuals must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom before commencing employment or assignment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, work permits, or relocation assistance. Applicants requiring sponsorship must have their own valid arrangements in place to legally work in the UK before applying for opportunities advertised by our business.
This requirement applies equally to all applicants and is based solely on legal right-to-work obligations and the requirements of the positions we recruit for.
Local Recruitment Requirements
Many of the opportunities we support are with clients who require candidates to attend face-to-face interviews, site visits, inductions, assessments, or meetings as part of the recruitment process.
The majority of our vacancies are for local and regional positions where clients require candidates who can reasonably access the place of work and interview location. As a result, applications may be less suitable where attendance at interviews or work locations is not practical.
These considerations are based on the operational requirements of our clients and the nature of the roles rather than any personal characteristic of an applicant.
Client Requirements
As a specialist supply chain business, we work closely with our clients to meet their specific operational needs. Recruitment decisions are influenced by factors such as skills availability, location, project requirements, site access, interview attendance, start dates, and the commercial requirements of the role.
Our clients do not generally sponsor visas or provide relocation packages for the positions we manage. Consequently, we are only able to progress candidates who meet the legal and practical requirements of the vacancy.
Our Commitment to Fair Recruitment
We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals who meet the requirements of the role and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Our objective is always to ensure that recruitment decisions are fair, transparent, and based on objective business and client requirements, while maintaining compliance with UK equality and employment legislation.
