Electrical Engineer, Temp to Perm, £24.00 per hour, Glasgow based

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
• Complete low-risk emergency lighting works.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Conduct fault finding and diagnostic activities.
• Work alongside other trades for approximately 25% of the role.
• Focus approximately 75% of working time on reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and to the required standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and minimise disruption.

Requirements

• NVQ in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Time-served Electrician with proven practical experience.
• Previous experience in reactive electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Available to start from 17th August.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
