Contracts Manager, Plumbing, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, Hamilton, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong plumbing background to join our Maintenance Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumber, Plumbing Supervisor or Plumbing Contracts professional looking to use their technical expertise in a senior management position.

Responsibilities
- Manage plumbing and wider property maintenance contracts
- Lead and coordinate Plumbers, Engineers and other trades
- Oversee reactive plumbing repairs and planned preventative maintenance
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and service partners
- Monitor SLA’s, KPI’s, costs, quality and contract performance
- Review plumbing works, quotations, variations and technical requirements
- Carry out site inspections and ensure work meets required standards
- Manage customer relationships and resolve technical issues
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety, legislation and industry standards
Requirements
- Strong plumbing background with relevant trade qualification
- Completed plumbing apprenticeship
- Previous experience in Plumbing Contracts, Maintenance Management, Supervision or Project Management
- Experience managing plumbers, engineers and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs and maintenance
- SMSTS, CDM and IOSH training
- Good understanding of SLA’s, KPI’s and contract management
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
