- Conducting vital roof repairs on both void and tenanted housing.
- Executing general building maintenance to keep properties safe and functional.
- Completing external groundworks, specifically slabbing and roughcasting projects.
- Managing your daily travel efficiently between Oban, Lochgilphead, and Campbeltown.
- Upholding exceptional workmanship standards while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements

- Roofing Expertise: Proven, essential experience specifically in residential roof repairs.
- Trade Skills: Strong competency in general building maintenance, slabbing, and roughcasting.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively across the region.
