We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager with a strong background in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades to join our client’s busy and fast-paced operation. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within a reactive, high-volume environment
- Lead and supervise teams across building, tiling, civils, and wet trade activities
- Coordinate workloads and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Prioritise urgent and reactive tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, operatives, and senior management
- Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain service delivery standards
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience essential
- Strong trade background in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
