Rigger / Machine Mover – £33,096 per annum – Central Belt of Scotland – Overtime Available at Enhanced Rates

Responsibilities

• Hours: 39 hours per week (8:00am – 4:15pm, including 30-minute break)
• Carry out machinery installations and removals
• Support factory relocations and heavy/technical lifting projects
• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of industrial equipment
• Assist with electrical works and industrial pipework
• Undertake heavy lifting operations using specialist equipment including jacking, skating, hoisting, skidding, and load moving systems
• Participate in shipping, packaging, and demolition activities where required
• Work to pre-prepared RAMS and company health & safety procedures
• Complete relevant safety and operational paperwork
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team on complex industrial projects

Requirements

• Valid Slinger / Signaller qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Proven experience in machinery moving, rigging, or similar industrial environments
• CSCS Blue Card (desirable)
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to travel and work across the UK when required
