Responsibilities
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- Oversee and manage daily site operations on a busy solar project
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, including scaffolding, roofing, and electrical teams
- Ensure all work is completed in line with project timelines and safety standards
- Conduct site inductions and enforce health & safety procedures
- Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Maintain high standards of site organisation and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in M&E or solar project environments
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities effectively
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
