Carry out PPM tasks and general building maintenance activities.
Perform minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and clearing blockages.
Undertake fabric maintenance, such as painting, joinery, and basic repair work.
Conduct water hygiene duties, including temperature checks, TMV servicing, and outlet flushing.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, communicating effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or a similar trade.
Strong practical skills across plumbing, joinery, and general maintenance.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
