The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a range of electrical and HVAC systems, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems.
Inspect, test, and service electrical installations and associated equipment.
Operate and monitor BMS (Building Management System) controls.
Maintain accurate on-site documentation, compliance records, and service reports.
Ensure all work is completed to health, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver a reliable maintenance service.
Requirements
Approved Electrical Apprenticeship with AM2 or SVQ Level 3 qualification.
18th Edition Accreditation (essential).
2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (desirable).
Experience in facilities management or commercial maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to safety standards.
Competitive salary up to £39,000 (depending on experience).
