Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repair of electrical and HVAC systems

• Inspect, test, and service electrical installations and equipment

• Maintain accurate on-site paperwork and compliance records

• Operate and monitor BMS control systems

• Work safely and collaboratively as part of an engineering team

Requirements:

• Approved Electrical Apprenticeship with AM2 or SVQ Level 3 qualification

• 18th Edition Accreditation (essential)

• 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)

• Experience in facilities or commercial maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
