  Responsibilities

• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.
• Maintain internal, external and emergency lighting, distribution boards and electrical assets.
• Carry out meter readings and weekly sprinkler bell testing.
• Inspect plant rooms, switch rooms, roof areas and car parks.
• Complete building maintenance, cleanliness checks and compliance documentation.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe working practices.
• Use tablet-based CAFM systems to manage maintenance tasks and service records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining statutory compliance.
  

  Requirements

• City & Guilds, NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671 / 2382).
• Inspection and Testing 2391-52 desirable.
• Proven facilities management experience, including PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of SFG20 service specifications.
• Retail or shopping centre experience desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
