Administrator required to join one of our leading facilities management clients on a prestigious Bristol site. The Administrator will play pivotal role as part of a site-based team ensuring the smooth running and efficient handling of all maintenance services onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently arranging the site-based engineering teams workloads – including allocating PPM and reactive maintenance works.
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange maintenance work onsite.
- Regularly liaising with the site management team to build positive client relationships.
- Support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports.
- Using inhouse CRM system to organise engineering workload and upload required paperwork.
Requirements:
- Strong background in administration or similar environment.
- Experience working within the building services or facilities management industry.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferably, experience in CAFM systems.
