Full Job Description:

Handy Person, Glasgow, Salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum + Excellent Company Pension + Overtime!

Handy Person required to join a leading FM company, based on a commercial site in the Glasgow area. The Handy Person will be responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.

Handy Person will receive:

Salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
Overtime available.
Generous company pension scheme.

Daily Tasks:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM's) and building maintenance.
Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
Repairing door frames, painting and decorating
Offering a high level of customer service onsite to both clients and customers.

Requirements:

Experience working on a commercial site.
General joinery and fabrics experience.
Maintenance experience.
