Electrician required to work for a leading Facilities Management and Building Services company, covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the Northeast of England. Electrician's Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults while maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system.
- Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Electrician Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
- A full UK driving license.
