Fabricator, £22.70 per hour – Day Shift, £34.05 Night Shift Rate DOE + Overtime, Immediate Start, Lanarkshire

Aspirare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join a leading structural steel firm whose order book is full until 2029. This role is fully site-based, carrying out plating and fabrication work within a heavy/industrial engineering environment. Contract and permanent roles available.

Responsibilities:

• Plating and fabricating components according to engineering drawings
• Operating fabrication machinery and tools
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards
• Adhering to site health & safety procedures

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Previous plating/fabrication experience within a heavy engineering/industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
• High attention to detail with an excellent attitude
• Ability to work independently and within an experienced trades team
