Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties

• Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting

• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently

• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations

• Accurately record work activities using a computerised maintenance management system

• Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts

Requirements

• 17th or 18th Edition qualification

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ / NVQ Level 3)

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
