Gas Engineer Glasgow, Commercial, up to £46,000 £60k OTE.
We are looking for a commercial Gas Engineer in Glasgow, Salary up to £46,000 per annum with strong benefits.
Install commercial gas appliances, pipework, and associated systems in line with design specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on commercial gas systems and boilers.
Test, commission, and certify gas installations prior to handover.
Perform basic electrical fault-finding and work with control panels and Building Management Systems (BMS) where required.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Gas Safe regulations, British Standards, and site-specific risk assessments.
Work safely at height using MEWPs and boom lifts when necessary.
Accurately complete gas safety certificates, job sheets, and commissioning reports.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients, providing timely updates on progress and site issues.
Valid Gas Safe registration with relevant commercial categories.
Proven experience working on commercial gas installations and maintenance.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Ability to carry out basic electrical diagnostics.
Comfortable working at height and across multiple sites.
Full UK driving licence.
