• Set up, operate and program CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components
• Confidently use FANUC control systems to execute machining programs
• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Produce components to tight tolerances, ensuring consistency and precision
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and workplace safety
• Liaise with colleagues to support production targets and quality requirements
• Identify and report any issues or opportunities for process improvement
• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Demonstrable experience working with CNC milling machines
• FANUC control experience desirable — ideally at least 1 year
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality outcomes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
