Electrician, Temp to Perm, Glasgow Central Belt, £23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of electrical works across commercial and residential properties
• Complete PAT testing, electrical installations, and general repairs and maintenance
• Undertake partial rewires and consumer unit upgrades
• Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Conduct landlord safety checks in line with current regulations
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work complies with current wiring regulations and safety standards
• Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

• 18th Edition qualification (essential)
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (desirable)
• Own vehicle and ability to travel across the Glasgow Central Belt
• PVG Level 2 clearance (required or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience in both domestic and commercial electrical environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
