Electrician, Up to £44,000 basic + OTE up to £55,000 & Unlimited OT, Edinburgh

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across commercial sites, including Lighting, Power distribution, Fire alarm systems, Emergency lighting
• Keep accurate records using the company’s computerised maintenance management system
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards
• Work closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

Requirements:

• 17th or 18th Edition qualification
• Recognised apprenticeship – SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience working on commercial sites within Facilities Management or Building Services
