Requirements

  • Proven Fire & Security sector experience (essential)
  • Experience in a contract-management role (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with contract-management systems & Microsoft Office (preferred)

Responsibilities of Contracts Manager

  • Manage full contract lifecycle: from inception to renewal or close-out
  • Estimate contracts below internal threshold
  • Monitor compliance, performance and risk
  • Maintain accurate contract records and databases
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support policy development, contract-related issues and dispute resolution
