Electrician, £35,000 to £38,000, Glasgow (Silverburn),Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks, and general building maintenance
• Carry out reactive electrical works, including repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards
• Complete routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical assets across the site
• Supervise and support subcontractors completing PPM and reactive works on site

Requirements:

• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations
• Proven experience within facilities management or building services
• Strong background in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a large, high-profile site
