Steel Erector, Carlisle, £23.00–£28.00 p/h + Lodge Allowance
£23.00 per hour (PAYE, incl. holiday pay) for weekday shifts
£28.00 per hour (PAYE, incl. holiday pay) for weekend work
£60.00 lodge allowance per day worked for eligible candidates
Consistent 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday work
Opportunity to work on a major EWF (Energy From Waste) project with long-term potential
Erecting and bolting structural steelwork on a large-scale industrial project
Working with cranes, cherry pickers, and MEWPs to position and secure steel components
Coordinating with site teams to complete lifts and installation safely and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of site safety, accuracy, and productivity throughout the project
Valid CSCS card, NVQ, and Slinger qualification
IPAF certification for operating access equipment
Own tools suitable for steel erection and bolting
Basic PPE (helmet, gloves, boots, hi-vis)
Previous experience working on industrial or EFW/large infrastructure projects is desirable
