Electrician, Prestwick, £24.00 ph, Long Contract, 40 hrs per week

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Conduct inspections, testing, and fault finding on electrical installations
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns across plant and site equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical equipment
- Install, commission, and modify electrical equipment and services as required
- Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled engineering team
- Identify and report faults or potential failures
- Follow safe isolation and permit-to-work procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance and modification documentation
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and electrical safety practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Strong experience with cable containment systems
- 18th Edition / up-to-date IEE Wiring Regulations qualification
- Valid SJIB Grade Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
