About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for a mix of installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites in the Glasgow area. This is a mobile role, providing a diverse and rewarding workload with no two days the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and certification in line with BS7671 and company standards.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including single and three-phase distribution.
- Perform lighting and small power installations, rewiring, and EV charging point installations.
- Provide planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites.
- Assist with HVAC-related electrical tasks and occasional mechanical support.
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety policies and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship and SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) – essential.
- 2391-52 Testing & Inspection certification – desirable.
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, including maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
