Key Responsibilities
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm | Friday 7:30am–2:30pm
- Perform welding and fabrication of steel structures, components, and assemblies
- Carry out on-site fitting and installation of metal frameworks and structures
- Undertake steel erecting and occasional fencing repair work
- Work to precise technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and to high-quality standards
- Travel to various client sites as required (transport provided or mileage paid)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or Steel Erector
- Competent in MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication techniques
- IPAF (scissor lift) certification desirable – training can be provided
- CSCS card beneficial for on-site work
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in construction/fabrication environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel requirements
