As an Electrician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to a variety of commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all sites.

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance – Perform scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including power distribution, fire alarms, lighting, and emergency lighting systems.
• Fault Diagnosis & Resolution – Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Record Keeping – Accurately document all tasks and activities using our advanced computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Client Interaction – Work closely with clients to deliver timely and high-quality maintenance solutions.

Requirements for Electricians:

• 17th or 18th Edition Qualification – Essential for electrical installation work.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services – Previous experience in this field is a plus.
• Recognised Apprenticeship – Must have SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Full UK Driving License – A valid driving license is required for this role.
