Traffic Officer, Glasgow, Competitive Salary!

8am to 5pm although this may change slightly with office requirements

We are currently seeking a Traffic Officer to join an established transportation service in the Glasgow area! The successful candidate must be flexible and be able to work within a fast-paced environment. Having planning knowledge is desired although if you do not have previous experience, we still urge you to apply!

Skills Needed:

• Able to deal with a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to deal with customers queries and quotation requests.
• T. Literate with experience of Mandata TMS is desired.
• Be able to process customers’ orders from email to our Traffic Management Systems, ensuring all relevant service requirements are matched on job creation.
• A positive attitude always when dealing with customers and driving staff alike.
• Geographical knowledge of all postal codes in Central Belt would be a great advantage.
• Planning knowledge is desired but not essential.
