• Base Salary: Up to £41,730 per year.
• Overtime: Unlimited, paid at 1.5x the standard rate.
• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background as a welder or fabricator.
• Skills: Proficient in MIG welding.
• Desirable: Coded welding in 135 MAG semi-automatic.
• Welding Expertise: Ability to weld aluminium, steel, and stainless steel (2mm to 25mm), including corrosion work.
• Structural Welding: Experience in welding brackets, structural beams, joints, and sole bars.
• Tool Competence: Skilled in using hand tools, as well as buffing and grinding panels in preparation for welding.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of completing paperwork accurately and following work instructions with precision.
• Teamwork: Able to work effectively within a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Health & Safety: Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
