We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join a leading FM company, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the Northwest of England! The Electrician will have previous experience within the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.

Electrician’s Responsibilities:

• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across a range of commercial properties.
• Service and upkeep lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Document all tasks and activities using the company’s advanced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Identify and resolve electrical issues swiftly while adhering to stringent health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by working closely with clients to ensure seamless project completion.

Electrician’s Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• 17th or 18th Edition Qualification (current wiring regulations).
• Proven experience in Facilities Management or Building Services environments.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
