Handyman, Inverness, Salary from £30,000 per annum + Excellent Pension + Van & Fuel Card!

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Are you a Handyman looking for a new exciting opportunity? Here at Aspirare, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Handy man to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Inverness. The Handyman will handle planned and reactive maintenance across the premises, working with an onsite team

The Handyman will be based 3 days onsite and 2 days mobile supporting local sites.

Handyman’s Benefits:

• £30,000 per annum after probationary period.

Handyman’s Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
• Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
• Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
