We are currently seeking an Electrician to work for an excellent FM company, covering planned and reactive maintenance across the Northeast of England. Electricians with previous experience working within the facilities management or building services area are encouraged to apply!
Electrician will receive:

Electrician's Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Electrician Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
- Prior working experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
- A full UK driving license.
