Handyman, Gretna, Salary from £30,000 per annum + Site-Based Opportunity!

We are currently looking for a Handyman to join a facilities management company, working on a site-based role in the Gretna area. The Handyman will be working full time hours and take on maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing: Changing flushers, unblocking drains, minor pipework repairs, tap replacements.
• Ground Works: Repairing sinking areas with Monoblock work.
• Joinery: Basic repairs to fencing, sheds, and other structures.
• General Maintenance: Maintaining padlocks, inspecting fire hydrants, tightening, screws on locks, and more.

Preferred but Not Essential:

• Experience with water temperature checks, PAT testing, and emergency light testing (training can be provided).
