Administrator required to join our building services client and team in their Hamilton office. The Administrator will be a highly organised and communicative individual to efficiently manage engineers' and subcontractors' schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate the schedules of engineers and subcontractors.
- Oversee the input and output using CAFM systems.
- Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to email and telephone inquiries.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven background in administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience with CAFM systems like elog and Concerto, as well as subcontractor coordination.
