We are seeking a professional Handyman to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) company on a prestigious site in London. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across the premises, working closely with an onsite facilities team to ensure everything is in top working condition.

Handyman Responsibilities:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the building operates efficiently.
• Building Maintenance: Handle a range of maintenance tasks including minor plumbing repairs, dealing with leaks, and clearing blockages.
• Fabric Maintenance: Take care of tasks such as painting and joinery, keeping the site well-maintained.
• Water Hygiene: Monitor water temperatures, service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs), and perform weekly flushing of water outlets.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients and the public, ensuring a positive experience onsite.
