Are you a skilled Administrator looking for your next big opportunity? We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join a leading services provider in Glasgow! You'll work closely with both office and onsite teams to manage site admin tasks and help ensure smooth project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with site teams and residents about upcoming projects.
  • Maintain site activity tracking and ensure branding/signage is in place.
  • Resolve queries or complaints from site residents.
  • Take photos of work progress on-site.
  • Support contract setup and manage office supplies.
  • Help with various admin tasks like creating letters, tracking deliveries, and maintaining systems.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an office setting is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Fantastic organisation skills to maintain filing systems within the office.
