Full Job Description:

Handyman, London, Salary £30,000 per annum + Excellent Pension & Opportunities for training and professional development opportunities!

Handyman required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in London. The ideal candidate will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.

Handyman Responsibilities:

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
