Are you a skilled Electrician based in Fife or the surrounding areas? Aspirare is looking for a talented and motivated Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management team. In this role, you’ll provide expert electrical services to commercial properties across Fife and surrounding regions. Your responsibilities will include both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring smooth operations across various sites.

Electrician Job Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance: Perform scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including power distribution, fire alarm systems, lighting, and emergency lighting.
• Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all tasks using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to deliver fast, effective, and high-quality maintenance services.

Essential Requirements:

• 17th or 18th Edition Qualification: Required for electrical installation work.
• Facilities Management or Building Services Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Recognised Apprenticeship: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
