Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including monthly lighting checks, plant checks, and general building maintenance.
• Execute reactive electrical works, such as repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards.
• Complete routine PPM visits and respond to reactive repair needs on electrical assets across the site.
• Oversee and collaborate with subcontractors, ensuring high standards during PPM/reactive works onsite.

What We’re Looking For:

• 18th Edition Certification (BS7671).
• City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations.
• Strong experience in facilities management or the building services industry, with a proven track record in PPM and reactive maintenance.
