This static, site-based role focuses on delivering high-quality planned and reactive electrical maintenance. As an integral member of the multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site’s facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including monthly lighting and plant checks, along with general building upkeep.
• Conduct reactive electrical works, such as repairs to lighting systems, distribution boards, and other electrical assets.
• Complete routine PPM visits and respond to reactive repair needs across the site.
• Oversee and assist subcontractors performing PPM or reactive works onsite, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• 18th Edition Certification (BS7671).
• City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations.
• Proven experience in facilities management or the building services industry, demonstrating a strong technical background.
