Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, guiding candidates from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Keep all systems updated by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
- Write compelling job advertisements and handle candidate responses effectively.
- Leverage various job boards to source qualified candidates for active roles.
