Administrator, Glasgow, Salary from £24,000 up to £26,000 + 40 hours per week!
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join leading services provider, based in the Glasgow area. The Administrator will be responsible for working with both office and onsite teams and setting up relevant site administration.
TLO Responsibilities:
- Communicate with site teams and residents regarding upcoming projects.
- Set up and maintain tracking documentation for site activities.
- Ensuring relevant signage and branding is present on site.
- Working with site residents to resolve any queries or complaints.
- Work with clients to manage tenant-related matters.
- Take photograph evidence of work progress on-site.
- Ownership of site administration and working with both office and site teams to maintain communication.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of new contracts on internal systems.
- Prepare letters and communication for site residents.
- Create and maintain relevant site administration, such as spreadsheet trackers.
- Record and track deliveries in internal systems.
- Manage office supplies and stationery.
- PPE management.
- Perform Ad-hoc office duties when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Fantastic organisation skills to maintain filing systems within the office.
