Full Job Description:

Electrician, Dunfermline, Salary £36,000 to £40,000 per annum + £50K OTE, Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package + Company Pension!

 

We are looking for an Electrician to join an established Facilities Management company on a mobile basis across the Dunfermline area. The Electrician will be responsible for carrying out both scheduled and reactive maintenance work on electrical systems, as well as diagnosing and resolving faults.

The Electrician must hold a 17th or 18th Edition qualification and have previous experience working on commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Keep precise records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, always ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
  • Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Prior experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services.
