Maintenance Engineer to join a leading solutions provider in the energy sector, located in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing recycling machinery and equipment while working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days only), with occasional callouts. Depending on performance, permanent contracts available.

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative maintenance and respond swiftly to machinery breakdowns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques.
• Promote safe working practices and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain essential plant equipment, including conveyors, generators, compressors, and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair faults, providing timely and cost-effective solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in electrical, control, or plant engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing faults and performing maintenance/repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player.
• Computer literate.
