Experience: Legionella, tank cleansing, water sampling, chlorination, and disinfection.
Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship (air conditioning and HVAC systems (F Gas, City & Guilds, SVQ), electrical, and mechanical).
Experience: CAFM, health and safety, budgets, forecasts, SLAs, and tenders. Hold relevant certifications and qualifications in air conditioning and HVAC systems (F Gas, City & Guilds, SVQ.)
Experience: Tender proposals, management of hard services, mechanical and electrical services.
Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 or 3 plumbing and heating
Experience: Pressure testing, maintenance, repairs, plumbing faults, pipework, G3 unvented, PPM, reactive maintenance.
Qualifications: 17th edition or 18th Edition, 2391
Experience: EICR, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, electrical wiring, fire alarm testing, testing and inspections.
