Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
40 hours paid per week
Overtime/travel paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate
Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes and before the final 30 minutes of the day
Company van and fuel card provided for business use
Responsibilities
Complete planned and reactive fabric maintenance across commercial and retail sites
Undertake painting and decorating, both internally and externally
Carry out wall and floor tiling repairs and installations
Complete plastering, including patch repairs, skimming and rendering
Carry out general building repairs, minor carpentry and patching
Work predominantly across shopping centres and commercial properties, with occasional work in student accommodation, social housing and domestic properties
Attend sites promptly for an 8:00am start
Requirements
Time-served maintenance or relevant trade background
Strong painting and decorating experience
Multi-skilled abilities across tiling, plastering and general building repairs
Full UK driving licence, subject to licence check
Own tools suitable for the role
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Must be aged 25+ for vehicle insurance purposes
Comfortable travelling between sites and working across a varied property portfolio
