Groundworker, Drainage, Earthworks & Sports Surfaces
We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy mobile team covering Scotland. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering £17.40 per hour, regular Monday-to-Friday hours and paid travel and accommodation when required.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong drainage and earthworks experience, who can work accurately to extremely tight tolerances.

Responsibilities
- Carry out drainage, earthworks and excavation work
- Complete concrete works and ground preparation
- Install artificial and 3G sports surfaces
- Lay AstroTurf and create clean, straight edges
- Complete excavations and prepare ground to specification
- Work to extremely tight tolerances, with millimetre accuracy essential
- Travel to sites across Scotland as part of a professional team
Requirements
- Previous groundworks experience
- Proven drainage and earthworks experience
- Experience with excavations and ground preparation
- Ability to work accurately to millimetre tolerances
- Experience laying artificial/3G sports surfaces desirable
- Own vehicle essential
- Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach
