We are currently seeking two experienced Multi Skilled Operatives with backgrounds in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades to join our clients busy and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of reactive maintenance and repair works across building, tiling, civils, and wet trades
- Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service while working on-site
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider operational team
Requirements
- Previous experience in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades essential
- Multi-skilled trade experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-volume reactive environment
- Strong practical, problem-solving, and fault-finding skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Full UK driving licence required
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads independently
