Responsibilities

• Installing timber stud partition systems in office environments
• Fixing, boarding, and finishing plasterboard to a high standard
• Forming and modifying door openings within existing structures
• Carrying out general building maintenance and minor refurbishment works
• Working from site drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
• Supporting wider site team to meet deadlines and project milestones
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working areas at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, joinery, drylining, or plaster boarding
• Strong understanding of office fit-out and refurbishment works
• Ability to install timber stud partitions accurately and efficiently
• Experience creating door openings and carrying out alterations
• Valid CSCS card preferred (or equivalent site qualification)
• Good knowledge of health and safety on construction sites
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Own tools and transport advantageous but not essential
